Seasons:

All months of the year except monsoon times are from June to August, however, March to May is good for treks when wildflowers are in full bloom, where most of the days are clear for views. Morning and Night time as well as in the shade will be cold without the wind-chill factor, October to December are the best months to trek when the day is clear, but short sunlight hours due to autumn and winter months will be very cold morning/night times with chances of snow.

Thyangboche Everest Panorama Trekking is a suitable scenic and cultural Himalayan destination for all age groups and interested travelers where you will soak scenic views of high snow-capped mountains from the start to the end of the journey.

Thyangboche Everest Panorama Trekking will be a short and memorable adventure holiday with exciting moments within the shade of mighty Mt. Everest and in the shade of the local Sherpa colorful culture and age-old traditions and customs of the Buddhist religion.

A perfect walk with a touch of high altitude especially on route Namche and beyond to Thyangboche Monastery, where you will be well acclimatized with rest days and a short hike to viewpoints to make you fit and in good health to reach our destination at beautiful Thyangboche for excellent panorama of Everest and adjoining peaks.

Thyangboche Everest Panorama Trekking commences from Kathmandu taking a short panoramic flight to reach Lukla, a Sherpa town and a gateway to various adventures around high Khumbu within the Everest region.

Where walk from Lukla leads you on a pleasant and scenic trail encountering many Sherpa villages with neatly tended farm fields and terraces walking around a prayer monument called Mani-Wall and then slowly climbing higher at the famous Namche Bazaar.

Namche Bazaar hub of Khumbu Sherpa, is well for trekkers where many good restaurants, bakeries, shops, and stores including banks and ATM facilities have rest days to help with acclimatization and then walking towards our main goal and destinations at Thyangboche Monastery.

A picturesque spot surrounded by green woodland and mighty peaks facing Mt. Everest towards the North with views of Amadablam-Kangtenga-Tharmasarku-Kongde with Lhotse and other chains of peaks.

Visit the monastery of great interest with its beautiful interior and witness fine religious paintings and great statues of Buddha and other Buddhist Guru and saints, after an enjoyable time at Thyangboche and its impressive monastery, the walk leads back to Lukla.

Walking towards Lukla with a visit to traditional Sherpa villages of Khumjung and Khunde located on a scenic glacial valley before ending our marvelous walks at Lukla, where a short smooth flight brings you back to Kathmandu, with everlasting memories and delightful adventure on Thyangboche Everest Panorama Trekking.

When and where does the tour end?
Your tour will conclude in San Francisco on Day 8 of the trip. There are no activities planned for this day so you're free to depart at any time. We highly recommend booking post-accommodation to give yourself time to fully experience the wonders of this iconic city!
When and where does the tour start?
Day 1 of this tour is an arrivals day, which gives you a chance to settle into your hotel and explore Los Angeles. The only planned activity for this day is an evening welcome meeting at 7pm, where you can get to know your guides and fellow travellers. Please be aware that the meeting point is subject to change until your final documents are released.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers are not included in the price of this tour, however you can book for an arrival transfer in advance. In this case a tour operator representative will be at the airport to greet you. To arrange this please contact our customer service team once you have a confirmed booking.
